Time for a paradigm shift. Don’t look at folks who do what you do as competitors. Look at them as collaborators. There’s someone out there who’s years ahead of where you’re at now, and they can help you navigate challenges that you’re currently facing. Because they’ve been there. And there’s someone out there just starting out who could use your help. Because you’ve been there too. We’re not each other's competitors; we’re a community that can help each other grow. Let’s go far together!
